About the job
The candidate should have strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices, excellent communication, and facilitation skills, and preferably experience working with EMR/EHR, clinical workflows or US healthcare applications.
Required Qualifications
• Experience in Agile software development, with hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and SDLC.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, BA, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
• Ability to identify, track, and resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies.
• Healthcare Experience — Preferred**
