Founding Protocol Engineer / CTO

CTX is building infrastructure for moving and accessing digital assets.

Today, CTX is a live non-custodial crypto trading product. The trading product is the beginning. Our larger goal is to build open infrastructure for routing and settling digital value across the fragmented crypto ecosystem.

Compensation: Equity-based founding opportunity. CTX is currently pre-funding and this role does not currently include cash salary.

We are looking for an exceptional founding protocol engineer who can eventually help architect and build the underlying infrastructure behind CTX.

This is not primarily a frontend or application engineering role. We are looking for someone with deep understanding of blockchain systems, distributed systems, cryptography, protocols, and digital-asset infrastructure who can operate at the level of underlying architecture rather than simply integrating existing APIs.

You will work directly with the founder to understand the existing product, audit its technical foundations, and help determine the architecture and engineering direction required to build CTX's broader infrastructure vision.
