Position Overview
The Flight Operations Coordinator — Pacific Evening Coverage is one of two roles completing SkyAccess's four-person Operations team, supporting continuous 24/7 Los Angeles/Pacific coverage. This is the priority hire for the team. Working a fixed weekly schedule of 60 hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately handle airports, dates, times, passengers, FBOs, operator details, and trip records. Know when to resolve, verify, or escalate an issue. Maintain useful notes and complete handoffs so no balls get dropped between shifts. Communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely with clients and operators in written and spoken English. Learn and use Slack, HubSpot, SkyAccess internal systems, messaging tools, spreadsheets, and related systems.

Required Qualifications:
Commit to the exact assigned schedule, including weekends and 8–12-hour shifts. Able to work 60 hours per week within the approved compensation range. Excellent written and spoken English for client and operator communication. Reliable equipment, internet, and a suitable remote-work environment. Able to work independently and create clarity under time pressure. Fast learner of new tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aviation, travel, logistics, dispatch, hospitality, customer service, CRM, or other time-sensitive operations roles.
