Internship: Founders Associate — Focus Agri-PV & Growth

What it's about
We develop solar and battery storage projects on industrial rooftops and agricultural land. We're looking for someone extremely ambitious, close to finishing their studies, who wants to work closely with our founder and learn to act as his right hand across shifting topics, with a particular focus on our new growth project in privileged Agri-PV.

This role is explicitly not a pure PA role! Sure, calendar management and organizational tasks are part of it, that's the reality of working with a founder. But that's not the core of the role. We expect you to get that under control quickly and use it as a springboard to earn more responsibility, moving toward acquisition, project work, and strategic support. If you just want "a job," you won't be happy here.

What you'll learn

• How to work as a founder's right hand: not just calendar and organization, but taking ownership of results
• How acquisition works in practice, from first outreach to closing
• How a growing solar company is structured internally and makes decisions
• How to prepare a fundraise, from market research to pitch deck material
• How to work your way into unclear, unfinished topics yourself, instead of waiting for a ready-made guide

What will make you stand out
You don't need startup experience yet. But you should bring:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program
• You don't wait for instructions, you actively ask for more responsibility
• Given a problem with no ready-made solution, you tackle it instead of handing it back
• Structure in your head, even when multiple topics come in at once
• Humility: you actively seek feedback instead of experiencing it as control; there's no room for ego here
• Enjoy communicating, including on the phone with people you don't know
• Conversational German (comfortable on calls and writing emails; most of our day-to-day runs in German)
