Performance Marketer Manager

MySivi is India's first AI Tutor built to help users practice spoken English. Using AI, ithelps learners improve their grammar, pronunciation, and fluency faster, makingEnglish communication more effective and accessible.

Our goal? Scale MySivi to ₹1000Cr+ ARR in the next 8-10 months. We're looking for someone who wants to build, experiment, fail fast, learn faster, and drive massive growth alongside the founders.
We are hiring Content Creators / Creative Strategists with different levels of experience and role could differ based on your experience.

We spend more than 20 lakhs per day, so your creatives will be shown to a massive user base on Meta and Google.

📍 Location: In-office, HSR Layout, Bangalore

What will you do?
Write high-converting ad scripts with a clear understanding of the target persona and creative hypothesis.
Generate video ads using AI tools such as Veo3 and other generative AI platforms.
Comfortable to shoot content featuring yourself on camera is a plus
Continuously iterate and optimize winning creatives based on performance.

What are we looking for?
Hands-on experience creating ads for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels is mandatory.
Strong understanding of short-form content and what makes it perform.
Ability to analyze creative performance and understand key metrics.
High energy, creativity, and someone who's enjoyable to collaborate with.
Fluency in Marathi/Kannada/Telugu/Hindi
