Growth Intern

Phixy is an AI networking platform changing the way students network. We're starting with cold outreach: finding the right people, surfacing what connects you to them, and turning that into a message worth replying to.

We're looking for a GTM Intern to help figure out how Phixy grows. You'll work directly with the founding team across distribution, partnerships, user acquisition, and launch strategy.

We don't care whether you've worked at a startup before. We care whether you're resourceful, comfortable talking to people, and willing to test ideas until something works.

Responsibilities

• Find and test new ways to get Phixy in front of students
• Build relationships with finance clubs, professional organizations, and student communities
• Run outreach to student leaders, creators, and potential partners
• Help build Phixy's referral and campus growth programs
• Talk to users and turn what you learn into ideas for growth and product
• Track acquisition and conversion to understand what's actually working

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate
• You're comfortable reaching out to people you don't know
• You can think creatively about distribution while still paying attention to the numbers
• You've gotten people to show up for something before

Details: Remote, approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. This is an unpaid internship to start, with the possibility of becoming a paid part-time role later on.
