About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our product development process and help turn ideas and customer needs into successful digital products.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA specialists to define product vision, prioritize features, and guide products from concept to launch.
You will be responsible for understanding what we should build, why we should build it, and what success looks like.
What You'll Do
Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Understand customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities
Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback
Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product requirements
Define and prioritize product features and backlog items
Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA throughout the product lifecycle
Make informed decisions about priorities, scope, and trade-offs
Coordinate product development from discovery through delivery and launch
Monitor product performance and gather insights to identify opportunities for improvement
Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
Conduct market and competitor research
Communicate product plans, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Continuously improve the product based on data, customer feedback, and business needs
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role
Experience doesent matter for college interships
Experience working with software development teams
Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies
Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisions based on business and customer value
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of UX and user-centered product development
Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Excellent written and spoken English
**Nice to Have
Experience working in a software development agency or technology company
Experience with B2B or SaaS products
Technical background or understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, Productboard, or similar
Experience with analytics tools and product metrics
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Experience launching products from concept to production
