Funkit designs short-term rentals across the US. We're hiring an Appointment Setter for the sales team - fully remote, full-time, an ongoing role rather than a short gig. You are the first point of contact for every lead that comes in.

The work:

• Open the conversation with every inbound lead across Instagram DMs, phone and email
• Qualify leads and book the right people onto the sales team's calendar
• Keep the CRM clean and current throughout the day
• Hand off context to the Sales Reps so their calls start warm

What we look for:

• Fluent, neutral-accent spoken English - you'll be on calls with US property owners all day, and we screen for it on the first call
• Hours overlapping US Central
• Comfortable working leads across DMs, phone and email, not just one channel
• Consistent CRM discipline

Nice to have:

• Experience setting for a high-ticket or consultative sales cycle
• Background in real estate, short-term rentals or home services
• Spanish
