VOICE is an opinion-based signal system on Solana that turns judgement into an on-chain asset. Users vote and earn; the aggregated data is what projects, brands and AI labs pay for.
$550K pre-seed, backed by Solana Superteam. Smart contracts independently audited by Nethermind. 30+ projects have already run campaigns with us. 7K+ monthly active users on our live pre-launch platform, ~900 active daily. $VOICE TGE and main launch this autumn.
We're looking for a Product Manager who owns growth end to end — someone technical enough to earn the engineering team's respect, and senior enough to lead it.

🎯 What you'll do

• Formulate, validate and iterate on product hypotheses that improve user experience and financial metrics across the platform
• Design and run A/B tests, analysing results to derive insights that drive growth and financial outcomes
• Use data and analytics tools to monitor KPIs, assess trends and measure the impact of product changes on the user journey
• Optimise the conversion funnel, user engagement, transaction volume, revenue and customer lifetime value
• Own the roadmap and the delivery process — set priorities, hold the team to them, and ship
• Work closely with engineering, marketing and UX/UI to keep growth strategy and implementation aligned
• Continuously monitor product performance, identify what's underperforming and refine growth initiatives for maximum impact

✅ What we're looking for

• 5+ years in product management within crypto/Web3, deep-tech start-ups or product-led companies
• A proven track record of GTM and product development from 0 to 1
• Technical fluency: you can hold your own in architecture discussions with the engineering team
• Comfortable working with data directly — you don't wait for someone else to pull the numbers
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing engineers directly
• Experience building an experimentation process from scratch, not just running tests inside someone else's
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
• English B2+
• Ownership, resilience and a hands-on approach

➕ A strong advantage

• An existing network within the Solana ecosystem with wallets, DEXs, CEXs, launchpads or leading Web3 projects
• Experience with pre-TGE products, listings or B2B data products
• Experience with consumer products where engagement and retention were the core metrics
