Business Development Manager

VOICE is an opinion-based signal system on Solana that turns judgement into an on-chain asset. Users vote and earn; the aggregated data is what projects, brands and AI labs pay for.
$550K pre-seed, backed by Solana Superteam. 7K+ monthly active users on our live pre-launch platform, ~900 active daily. Main launch this autumn.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own the entire partnerships pipeline — from the Solana ecosystem to the B2B data layer.

🎯 What you'll do

• Source and onboard projects from the Solana and broader Web3 ecosystems
• Build relationships with founders, BD teams and decision-makers
• Develop proposals for project listings, co-marketing campaigns and integrations
• Own the full pipeline from sourcing and outreach to closing and launch
• Structure co-marketing, integration and revenue-share partnerships
• Manage existing partners and maintain an organised pipeline
• Collect partner feedback and support the development of VOICE's commercial B2B offering
• Help convert ecosystem partnerships into paid collaborations after launch

✅ What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 business development or partnerships
• A proven track record of closing partnerships, listings or integrations
• Strong knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and its leading projects
• Experience building and managing a BD pipeline from scratch
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Understanding of partnership structures, including co-marketing, integrations and revenue share
• English C1+
• Ownership, resilience and a hands-on approach

• Relationships with wallets, DEXs, CEXs, launchpads or leading Web3 projects
• Experience with pre-TGE products, listings or B2B data products
