3D Motion Designer

We're looking for a 3D motion designer to own the product's visual language — from interface animation to the films we launch with.

🎯 What you'll do

• Create high-quality 3D animations for the product, landing page and marketing campaigns
• Produce short-form video for X, TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Develop CGI scenes, environments and objects
• Animate product interfaces in 3D
• Build cinematic presentations for new features and launches
• Make ad spots, teasers and trailers
• Develop seamless loop animations

✅ What we're looking for

• Confident command of Blender or Cinema 4D
• Advanced After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
• A portfolio with real work — we don't review applications without one
• Experience with AI tools: Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Nano Banana and similar
• Resilience: you keep the pipeline warm and stay reachable when things are on fire
• English B2+
• Full-time and fully committed to the product

• Crypto or Web3 experience — you understand the industry's visual language
• Brand work at launch stage, not just isolated videos
• Personal projects where you owned the visuals end to end
