About Us

inMinutes is building a 10-minute food delivery platform powered by mobile, backend, and real-time technology.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who can code, lead, and manage. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems while also taking ownership of the engineering team.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the engineering team.
Design and build scalable mobile, backend, and real-time systems.
Review code and maintain engineering quality.
Own architecture, technical decisions, and development practices.
Plan sprints, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.
Debug production issues and improve system reliability.
Mentor engineers and help them grow.
Work closely with the founders and product team to ship features quickly.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on coding ability.
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.

Experience with real-time systems is a strong plus.
Ability to balance technical execution, people management, and product priorities.
Startup mindset: take ownership, move fast, and solve problems independently.
