Engineering Manager

About Us

inMinutes is building a 10-minute food delivery platform powered by mobile, backend, and real-time technology.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who can code, lead, and manage. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems while also taking ownership of the engineering team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the engineering team.
• Design and build scalable mobile, backend, and real-time systems.
• Review code and maintain engineering quality.
• Own architecture, technical decisions, and development practices.
• Plan sprints, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.
• Debug production issues and improve system reliability.
• Mentor engineers and help them grow.
• Work closely with the founders and product team to ship features quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding ability.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of backend systems and architecture.
• Experience with real-time systems is a strong plus.
• Ability to balance technical execution, people management, and product priorities.
• Startup mindset: take ownership, move fast, and solve problems independently.
