About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and maintain features for a high-traffic professional marketplace. This mid-level role focuses on building scalable, cross-platform solutions that drive business impact. You will own features end-to-end, from architectural planning to deployment, while collaborating with product and design teams. The engineering culture prioritizes a builder mindset, leveraging modern AI-assisted workflows and robust infrastructure to move quickly. This is a remote-first position requiring technical autonomy and the ability to mentor junior engineers while contributing to an evolving codebase.

What You'll Do

• Deliver technical solutions to complex business problems by collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Develop and maintain features across the full stack using React Native and backend services.
• Architect scalable and high-performance systems during technical design discussions.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and mentorship of early-career engineers.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle using unit and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and improve system observability to ensure platform reliability.
• Optimize CI/CD workflows and deployment processes in partnership with infrastructure teams.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Professional experience with mobile development frameworks, specifically React Native.
• Technical expertise in Node.js, Express, React, and AWS.
• Experience working with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and automated development workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range of $115,000 - $195,000 depending on geographical location.
