This is where you 🫵 come in. We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who will own, build, monitor, and scale our web interface. Your work will be vital in shaping the face of India's fastest-growing real estate advisory brand.

The most important ways to spend time doing this job are…

• Scoping & leading projects end-to-end that span technologies, systems, & processes where you’ll design / build / test / debug / deploy & ship great code everyday.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, product, design & engineering to deliver mission-critical features.

• Writing scalable, production-ready frontend code for responsive & progressive web applications.

• Enhancing our technical SEO to increase our reach and engagement with homebuyers.

Your 3-5 core duties In this job are…

• Scrutinise & reason clearly about the technology and architecture choices we make in building these products. In many cases, you will be the decider of these decisions.

• Proactively monitor & improve code to get outsized impact from limited resources.

• Arbitrate critical decisions correctly that fully consider software best practices, our system & industries’ realities, and numerous stakeholders’ preferences and concerns.

• Hire, teach and mentor the next generation of technical champions at Propsoch.

What it takes to be successful in this job…

• 2+ years of experience in frontend engineering in a B2C startup environment.
• Expertise in modern frontend technologies like Next.js, React.js, and CSS.
• Strong organisational skills & attention to detail with ability to lead multiple projects.
• A team-player with superb verbal & written skills who is eager to learn/grow together.
