We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Power Platform Software Engineer to join our Global Source to Contract team. The role focuses on modernizing, optimizing, and automating core business processes for a diverse global user base.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI, Python, GCP, and BigQuery, with experience modernizing legacy SharePoint-based solutions and integrating AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX experiences for business applications.
- Implement and configure Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder to deliver intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions.
- Build conversational agents, predictive capabilities, and AI-driven business workflows.
- Develop complex, multi-stage cloud and desktop workflows using Power Automate.
- Modernize and migrate legacy solutions, including SharePoint Lists, InfoPath Forms, and SharePoint Designer workflows.
- Refactor existing solutions and optimize applications according to modern development standards and best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Dataverse as a primary data backend.
- Develop and configure out-of-the-box and custom connectors to integrate Power Platform applications with external APIs and services.
- Integrate with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Integrate Power BI reports and interactive dashboards into Power Apps to provide actionable business insights.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Estimate development effort and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with App Development, IT Operations, Information Security, and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide ongoing Tier-3 application support, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Work in a fast-paced Agile environment and contribute to continuous innovation and process improvement.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker (PL-100) — strong plus
Education
Bachelor's Degree
