Full Stack Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular, CI/CD, and GCP, with experience across the complete software development lifecycle.

The role involves working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, solve complex technical problems, design scalable architectures, and deliver high-quality, user-centric software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and products.
• Solve complex technical problems using appropriate tools, programming languages, frameworks, methodologies, and technologies.
• Assess application requirements and determine the appropriate technology stack, integration approach, and deployment strategy.
• Create high-level software architecture designs covering application structure, components, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and interactive interfaces using React.js and Angular.
• Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, processes, test cases, and test data.
• Implement automated testing practices and improve overall application testing capabilities.
• Work with CI/CD practices to improve development and deployment efficiency.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Support application security practices, including encryption and anonymization of sensitive user data.

• Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to solve existing business needs and address future technical challenges.

• Build reusable platforms, services, components, and technologies that can be leveraged by multiple product teams.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and challenges affecting product delivery.

• Contribute to engineering standards, common development practices, and platform-level policies.

• Assist other software engineers in resolving technical blockers and complex engineering challenges.
