We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and technical governance of a major Public Sector Salesforce implementation.

🔑 MUST-HAVE SKILLS

✅ Strong Salesforce Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture experience

✅ Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) – preferred

✅ Strong Salesforce integrations and enterprise system architecture

✅ MuleSoft integration experience

✅ Salesforce REST API, SOAP API & Bulk API

✅ Data modeling, master data management & data synchronization

✅ Experience with security, scalability, performance & governance

✅ Strong technical leadership, code reviews & developer mentorship

✅ Agile & DevOps methodologies

✅ Copado & CI/CD pipelines

✅ Salesforce certifications required

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs

• Lead end-to-end architecture across Salesforce, MuleSoft and connected enterprise systems

• Review data flows, integrations, technical designs and system dependencies

• Establish and enforce architecture, security and coding standards

• Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams

• Conduct architecture and code reviews

• Guide API, data modeling and integration strategies

• Partner with internal teams and external vendor partners

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, governance and security standards

• Evaluate Salesforce product releases and roadmap features

• Identify opportunities for performance optimization and platform improvements

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
