Let’s Talk Money (The Real Numbers): We believe in total transparency. With our $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses:

The Floor: Our bare-minimum, entry-level recruits make around $60,000 in their first year.
The Ceiling: Our top-performing first-year reps are pulling in $140,000+.
If you are hungry, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there is absolutely no limit to what you can earn here.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing: This is not a quiet desk job. You will be out in the field, moving fast, and controlling your own income.

Hunt for Leads: Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and book roof inspections.
Educate & Advise: Speak confidently with homeowners about potential storm damage and how PRQ can help.
Manage Your Pipeline: Track your appointments, notes, and follow-ups in our HubSpot CRM.
Level Up: Work alongside elite sales managers to sharpen your skills, with a direct path to grow into a full-cycle closer role.
Hit the Road: Travel dynamically across Colorado (and occasionally neighboring states) chasing major storm events.

Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Comfortable with local and regional travel
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but raw drive and work ethic matter more to us.
