Role Overview
Drive partnerships, distribution, subscriber acquisition, and revenue growth for a Bengali OTT platform across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close strategic business and distribution partnerships.
• Build relationships with telecom, DTH, broadband, OEM, smart TV, aggregator, and digital-platform partners.
• Develop subscription, bundling, content-licensing, and revenue-sharing models.
• Generate leads, pitch proposals, negotiate commercials, and execute agreements.
• Manage partner accounts and drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Lead co-marketing, promotional, and content-visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with Content, Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
• Track partnership performance, revenue, subscriber contribution, KPIs, market trends, and competitors.
• Support contracts, invoicing, operational resolution, and industry networking.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Alliances within OTT, digital media, telecom, entertainment, or technology.
• Knowledge of OTT ecosystems, subscriptions, content distribution, licensing, and revenue-share models.
• Proven stakeholder management, partnership development, and deal-closure experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to prepare business proposals, commercial plans, and presentations.
