Human Resources Intern – Weskill

Weskill is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. This internship is a good opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
Support onboarding and maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with job postings and recruitment tracking.
Support employee engagement activities and HR projects.
Maintain HR documents and data using MS Excel and MS Office.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Handle assigned HR tasks responsibly and complete them on time.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge or interest in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Previous HR/recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
