About Nixora

AI coding agents are changing how software gets created.

Agents can now generate applications, services, scripts, and infrastructure at a speed that traditional software workflows were never designed for.

But as software creation accelerates, a new problem is emerging:

How do teams deploy, govern, monitor, manage, and eventually retire everything AI creates?

Nixora is building the control plane for AI-generated software.

We're building the infrastructure layer around software created or modified by AI agents, helping teams understand what exists, deploy it, manage it, and maintain control as the amount of AI-generated software grows.

Compensation: This is an equity-only founding role at the current stage. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to build Nixora from the ground up and participate in the upside of the company.

Our Phase 1 product is already live with:

• Hosting
• Authentication
• HTTPS
• Shareable URLs
• CLI-based deployment

We currently have 65 CLI installs and 45 real production deployments, and we're running a closed beta while we harden the platform for scale. We also have 47 early-access signups.

Now we're looking for our first Founding Content & Community Lead.

The opportunity

This is not a traditional social media job.

You'll help define how an entirely new category is understood.

Your job is to make developers, founders, AI engineers, and technical teams understand the problem Nixora is solving and want to be part of what we're building.

You'll work directly with the founder and have significant ownership over Nixora's voice, content, and developer community.

What you'll own

• Build and execute Nixora's content and community strategy
• Own our presence across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, and relevant developer communities
• Turn technical ideas into content developers actually want to read and discuss
• Work directly with the founder to develop founder-led content
• Build conversations around AI coding agents, AI-generated software, developer infrastructure, DevOps, and software governance
• Identify communities where our potential users already spend time
• Build relationships with developers, founders, AI engineers, DevOps teams, and technical creators
• Turn product milestones, user feedback, deployments, and experiments into compelling stories
• Run experiments across content and distribution channels
• Measure what drives meaningful engagement, qualified traffic, product usage, and waitlist growth
• Help build Nixora's launch and Product Hunt strategy
• Develop a repeatable developer acquisition and community engine

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who combines excellent communication with exceptional execution.

You should:

• Be an excellent writer and storyteller
• Understand AI and developer tools
• Understand how technical communities work
• Be comfortable engaging publicly on X, Reddit, Hacker News, and similar platforms
• Know how to create conversations rather than simply broadcast content
• Have strong instincts for what developers find interesting
• Move quickly and experiment
• Take ownership without needing constant direction
• Be comfortable working directly with a founder
• Think in terms of outcomes, not vanity metrics

You do not need a traditional marketing background.

You might be a developer who became obsessed with writing, a technical creator who understands distribution, a community builder, or a startup generalist who has repeatedly turned ideas into attention and users.

What matters is that you can understand a technical problem, find the right audience, tell a compelling story, and create momentum.

What success looks like

Your goal isn't to make Nixora "active on social media."

Your goal is to build Nixora's developer audience and distribution engine.

In your first few months, success means:

• Establishing a distinctive Nixora voice
• Building consistent content across our core channels
• Creating meaningful conversations with developers
• Growing a relevant technical audience
• Increasing qualified traffic and early-access signups
• Identifying our strongest content and distribution channels
• Building relationships with early adopters and technical communities
• Turning Nixora's progress into stories people want to share
