Pazy is scaling, and we’re building a Content team that moves fast.

We’re looking for someone who lives on the internet, someone who’s constantly experimenting with new edits, formats, AI tools and visual storytelling.

What you'll do

• Create video content at scale for Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn & campaigns
• Take ideas from the founding team and turn them into high-quality content
• Work across video editing, motion graphics and AI-led content
• Experiment with new AI tools, formats and ways of storytelling
• Help solve real business problems through creative content

What we're looking for

• Experience is no bar. Show us what you can make.
• Strong editing and visual storytelling instincts
• Comfortable with motion graphics and/or AI tools
• Fast, curious and willing to experiment
• Someone who can take an ambiguous idea and run with it
• Someone who enjoys working at startup speed

What makes this role different
You won’t just be editing footage based on briefs.
You’ll work directly alongside the founding team, get exposure to real business problems, and have the opportunity to shape how Pazy shows up online.

If you’re scared of speed, this probably isn’t for you.
If you’re the person who sees a crazy edit online and immediately thinks “how did they make that?” - we should talk.

Portfolio/showreel is a must.
