About UsEnglish Language and Literature is a low-budget startup in its initial stage, striving to establish itself as a global brand while empowering English learners worldwide. We are a small but growing team of more than 20 members, working collaboratively to create meaningful content and impactful learning experiences.
Role Overview We are seeking passionate and motivated Content Writer Interns who are eager to gain practical experience and real-world challenges while working on a live project. As a Content Writer Intern, you will primarily focus on improving existing blog content for our website and creating new content as needed. Everything you produce will be published globally after final approval from our managers, giving you the opportunity to see your work live in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Blog content improvement: Revise and enhance existing articles to improve clarity, engagement, and SEO.
Content creation: Write new blog posts and website content aligned with our mission.
Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse, international team in a supportive environment.
Creative freedom: Visualize and shape your creativity into real-world challenges.
Live project publishing: Contribute to content that will be published globally after managerial approval.
Schedule & Meetings
Fully flexible working hours.
Two mandatory weekly meetings:
Mondays at 5 PM CET
Thursdays at 6 PM CET
(timings can be adjusted based on team convenience)

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and learner-focused materials.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to help plan, organize, and maintain website content effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather accurate information on English learning, exams, and literature topics.
Strong command of written English; familiarity with ESL or EFL concepts is highly beneficial.
Interest in English language teaching, literature, or digital education platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and user-focused web design is a plus.
Enrollment in or completion of studies in English, Linguistics, Education, Communications, or related fields is preferred but not required.
