Job Description

We are seeking a Senior React.js / Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise and hands-on backend development experience in Java and/or Python to design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
• 4–6 years of strong professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js.
• Strong experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance React.js applications.
• Experience optimizing React applications using useMemo, useCallback, React.memo, and efficient component design.
• Experience building or contributing to reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability.
• Experience architecting frontend solutions from the ground up.
• Strong experience with Redux Toolkit, React Context, or similar state-management solutions.
• 4–6 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java and/or Python.
• Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs, backend services, or microservices.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E testing.
• Experience with OAuth, Okta, and OIDC, including secure sign-in, token handling, and authentication integration.
