AI - First Creative Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We're looking for a highly creative and hands-on AI-First Creative Designer with strong expertise in graphics, AI-powered content creation, video production, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging modern AI creative tools to rapidly produce compelling visual content, promotional videos, presentations, branding assets, and marketing campaigns — someone who combines creativity with technology, has a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling, and enjoys experimenting with the latest AI-powered creative tools.

Required Qualification :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Video Production, or Digital Media.
• Demonstrated portfolio of 10–20 professionally created promotional, corporate, product, or marketing videos.

Key Expectations :
• Daily hands-on usage of AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video creation, voice generation, animation, and content production.
• Strong experience with tools such as Kling AI, Seedance, ElevenLabs, or equivalent AI creative platforms.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI tools to improve creative quality and productivity
• Ability to rapidly generate concepts, prototypes, and production-ready creative assets using AI-assisted workflows.

Preferred Technical Skills :
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro
• Figma (Dev Mode exposure preferred)
• Kling AI / Seedance / ElevenLabs
• AI image and video generation platforms
• Presentation design (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
• Basic motion graphics and animation
