About the job
Conseleo is our flagship product built specifically for board members, directors, and executives. Our users are generally non-technical, so Conseleo needs to make complicated enterprise workflows feel simple, intuitive, and obvious.
We are looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join and work directly on the Conseleo product team. You will collaborate closely with engineering to help shape how our features look, feel, and function.
What You Will Do
User Flows & Screens: Help translate feature ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screen designs for Conseleo.
Design System Support: Help maintain and expand our unified Figma design system (colors, typography, components, states, and layout grids).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with developers during the build phase to answer design questions and refine features in real time.
Edge Case Thinking: Consider the complete user journey, including empty states, error handling, and complex edge cases.
Product Polish: Help ensure Conseleo feels like a premium, dedicated executive product rather than a generic software template.
What We Are Looking For
Strong Figma Skills: Comfortable using core Figma features like auto-layout, variants, and component libraries.
Product & UI Foundation: A sharp eye for clean visual hierarchy, alignment, visual consistency, and intuitive user flows.
Ownership Mindset: Proactive and self-motivated. You spot UX friction, ask questions, and propose solutions without waiting to be micro-managed.
Clear Communication: Able to articulate the why behind your design choices and collaborate effectively with engineers.
Show Us Your Work
Portfolio / Figma Files: Share your portfolio, Figma links, or case studies. We care much more about your practical work than formal qualifications or years of experience.
Problem Solving: Show us how you think—we love seeing user flows, wireframes, or how you tackle edge cases, not just final polished screens.
Stipend & Duration
Stipend: €200 / month
Duration: 2 months initial engagement (extendable up to 3 months)
Opportunity: High potential for conversion into a full-time role based on performance and impact during the internship.
