Marketing Designer

ProfoundIQ is a technology consulting firm helping businesses solve complex technology challenges and build stronger engineering organizations.

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to shape how ProfoundIQ looks and communicates across digital channels. This is a hands-on role spanning social media, graphic design, website design, marketing collateral, basic video editing, and AI-assisted creative work.

Key Responsibilites

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, campaigns, ads, and marketing collateral.
• Create graphics, carousels, presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and other brand assets.
• Design and update website pages and landing pages using Webflow.
• Handle basic video editing for social media and marketing content.
• Use AI tools to explore creative concepts, generate assets, and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, content ideas, and visual concepts.
• Contribute to captions, headlines, and short-form marketing copy when required.
• Maintain consistency across ProfoundIQ's visual identity.
• Stay current with design, AI, content, and social media trends.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong graphic and social media design skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Working knowledge of Webflow and website design.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered creative tools.
• Ability to take an idea from concept to final creative with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.

We don't expect you to know every tool from day one. We're looking for someone with strong design fundamentals, ownership, curiosity, and the ability to learn and implement new skills quickly.
