Graphic Designer and Video Editor

The Role
As our Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you will be the visual heartbeat of Capabl. You’ll
move beyond simple editing to help build our digital presence—from high-impact social
content to assisting in the evolution of our web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Video Mastery: End-to-end editing for social media, high-conversion ads, and brand
documentaries using Adobe Premiere Pro.
● Motion & Visuals: Elevate our storytelling with motion graphics, VFX, and sleek
animations in After Effects.
● Graphic Design: Create high-fidelity assets in Photoshop for marketing campaigns
and internal initiatives.
● Web & UI Collaboration: Translate design concepts into reality. You’ll use Figma to
review UI assets and work within Webflow to help build or update landing pages and
CMS collections.
Requirements
● The Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and
Photoshop.
● The Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a fast-paced creative
environment.
● Web-Curious: You should have a solid understanding of Figma and a genuine
interest in (or willingness to master) Webflow. We don't expect you to be a pro coder,
but we need you to be excited about building for the web.
● Hardware: A high-performance workstation capable of handling 4K renders and
complex multi-layer compositions without breaking a sweat.
● Ownership: You meet deadlines because you hate being behind, not because
someone is chasing you.
