Engineering Lead

We have been mandated to identify a hands-on Engineering Lead / Head of Engineering for a high-growth fintech company in Mumbai.

📍 Mumbai — onsite on all working days

💰 Compensation up to ₹1 Cr

This role is for someone who has spent years building products, solving difficult engineering problems, and taking meaningful technical ownership.

Non-negotiables

• 7+ years of strong engineering experience
• Must have been part of at least one genuine 0→1 product or platform journey
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of 10+ engineers
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment — this is very important

Fintech / lending experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory if the engineering depth and ownership are strong.

We are especially interested in people currently working as Tech Leads, Staff Engineers, Principal Engineers, Founding Engineers, highly technical Engineering Leads, or former tech founders who have built products themselves.
