Generalist (US Timing) – WFH

Hi,

We're looking for someone to join Superdash as a Generalist. This role would be a great fit for someone with a technical background- such as a Computer Science graduate or someone who has previously worked as a coder- but who now wants to transition into a business-oriented role.

After the initial month of training, you can work from home.

Please note: This role strictly follows US timings, approximately 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

You will be assigned a dedicated US enterprise customer and will be the primary point of contact responsible for their team onboarding, implementation, and technical support.

You will also be responsible for:

Implementing prompt-based AI agents for new customers
Managing customer onboarding and implementation
Handling customer support queries
Working closely with customers to ensure successful deployment and adoption
