Community Partnership Manager

SciSpace is on a mission to build a global academic community and as a Community Partnership Manager, your role focuses on academic partnerships to drive global adoption. You will design and run programs that bring researchers into SciSpace and turn their engagement into measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own Strategic Outreach and Partner Acquisition
• Design and execute targeted outreach strategies that prioritize credibility, relevance, and long-term value
• Leverage academic networks, conferences, and digital channels to source high-quality academic institutions and researcher communities
• Lead End-to-End Partner Onboarding and Activation
• Own the full onboarding lifecycle for academic partners
• Set clear expectations, define success metrics, and enable partners to become trusted contributors and advocates through high-quality, research-led initiatives.
• Manage and Scale the Partner Pipeline
• Architect and manage a performance-driven academic partner pipeline aligned to research events, community programs, and commercial outcomes
• Maintain quality and continuity of partner contributions across formats, geographies, and initiatives
• Drive Ongoing Engagement and Retention
• Develop strategic relationships by aligning partner expertise, incentives, and personas with tailored programming and events
• Enable sustained partner participation through repeat activations and multi-cycle collaboration models.
• Cultivate a partner ecosystem that delivers consistent, high-value contributions and long-term impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a relevant academic discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic outreach, partnership development, academic engagement, or community-led programs, with clear ownership of external relationships
• Demonstrated skill in designing and executing targeted outreach strategies and converting prospects into long-term, value-driven partnerships.
• Strong ability to build, manage, and scale partnerships
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging institutional stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with CRM or partnership management tools to manage pipelines, analyze performance, and report impact
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic judgment with execution
