About WUMN

WUMN is building a fashion-tech ecosystem that connects customers with fashion designers, boutiques and manufacturers through discovery, customisation, designer portfolios, commerce and AI-powered experiences.

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder & CTO who wants to build and scale the company alongside the founder—not just manage technology.

What You’ll Own

• Take complete ownership of WUMN’s technology and engineering.
• Build, improve and scale the web/mobile product.
• Define the technical architecture and long-term technology roadmap.
• Make key decisions around scalability, security, performance and infrastructure.
• Build AI-enabled fashion and customisation capabilities.
• Recruit and lead the future engineering team.
• Work closely with the founder on product, business and company strategy.
• Move fast from idea → build → test → launch.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on software engineering background.
• Experience building products/MVPs from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js/React, Node.js, JavaScript, APIs and databases.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployments and scalable architectures.
• Comfortable coding hands-on in the early stage.
• Product mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• High ownership, execution speed and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excited about building a company from an early stage.

Previous startup, founding engineer, tech lead or product-building experience is highly valued.
