Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Lead the firm's learning and development strategy and programs.
- Design, coordinate, and enhance onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Partner with firm leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Manage and continuously improve the firm's performance management process.
- Support leaders in providing meaningful feedback, coaching, and career development conversations.
- Create and support employee development plans that align individual goals with firm objectives.
Employee Engagement
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen employee experience, connection, and retention.
- Gather and evaluate employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote programs and practices that reinforce the firm's mission, vision, values, and culture.
HR Operations
- Oversee benefits administration and employee benefits communication.
- Support HR compliance, policies, and employment-related processes.
- Help ensure HR practices align with applicable regulations and firm standards.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for developing people and helping others succeed.
- Experience in learning and development, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, or related HR leadership roles.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders across the firm.
- Experience with HR compliance and benefits administration.
- A collaborative leadership style that reflects the firm's commitment to people, growth, and service.
