Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

AI Scaling is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to build the operating system used by AI implementation agencies.

AI Scaling OS brings CRM, projects, forms, calendars, automations, campaigns, reporting, knowledge, and AI agents into one multi-tenant platform. You will own product work end to end, from understanding an operator's workflow through implementation, testing, release, and live verification.

This is a hands-on role in a large production TypeScript codebase. You should be comfortable moving between React interfaces, data hooks, Postgres-backed models, API boundaries, and integration behavior. You do not need prior experience with every library we use, but you must be able to reason about an existing system before changing it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Build and improve workflows across CRM, tables, projects, forms, calendars, dashboards, and agent-assisted features.
• Turn operational requirements into clear interfaces for nontechnical users.
• Work in React, TypeScript, Vite, React Query, Tailwind, and Radix-based components.
• Design and use Supabase and Postgres data models, queries, relations, and row-level-security boundaries.
• Trace behavior across page components, hooks, Edge Functions, database state, and external providers.
• Write focused unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Review existing code carefully, preserve workspace isolation, and avoid regressions in connected workflows.
• Investigate production issues using evidence from source, data, provider responses, and rendered behavior.

YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF

• You have at least five years of professional product-engineering experience.
• You are highly proficient with React and TypeScript and have shipped substantial SaaS products.
• You can design practical Postgres schemas and debug data-intensive application behavior.
• You understand authentication, authorization, multi-tenancy, and row-level access controls.
• You have strong product judgment and can make complex workflows understandable without oversimplifying them.
• You write and maintain automated tests and can explain what should be tested at each layer.
• You communicate clearly in written English, work independently, and surface uncertainty early.
• You can show examples of product features or systems you personally built.

Helpful experience includes Supabase, Deno or serverless functions, no-code or workflow builders, CRM products, AI-assisted software, provider integrations, accessibility, and large TypeScript applications.

STRUCTURE

• Full-time remote contractor
• Remote worldwide
• At least four working hours of weekday overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
• $6,000 to $9,000 USD per month, based on experience
• Reports into AI Scaling product and operations leadership
