Independent Sales Producer – Skilled Trades Recruiting

Wrench & Wire Recruiting is building a specialized recruiting network for exactly two trades: plumbers and electricians.

We are seeking independent, commission-only Sales Producers in the Dallas–Fort Worth market to develop relationships with plumbing and electrical employers that need skilled workers.

What you will do:
• Prospect and originate new plumbing and electrical employer accounts in the DFW market.
• Build direct relationships with contractors, service companies, and other employers hiring plumbers and electricians.
• Identify current and future hiring needs and introduce Wrench & Wire Recruiting.
• Help move qualified employer opportunities into the Wrench & Wire recruiting process.
• Maintain professional communication with employer accounts you originate.
• You may also source qualified plumber or electrician candidates when appropriate.

Compensation — 100% Commission:
There is no salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income.

• 20% of Wrench & Wire’s recruiting fee on the first successful placement from an employer account you originate.
• 10% of Wrench & Wire’s recruiting fee on later successful placements from that active employer account.
• Additional 5% one-time candidate-source commission when you personally source the candidate who is successfully placed.

Individual placement commissions can range from approximately $350 to $3,125 per successful placement, depending on the position filled and commission circumstances. Actual earnings depend entirely on successful placements.

This is an independent contract opportunity. Producers control their own schedule, prospecting activity, routes, and day-to-day working methods while following Wrench & Wire pricing, brand, confidentiality, and account-attribution rules.

Who we want:
• Proven sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, or B2B relationship-building ability.
• Comfortable developing new business without a guaranteed salary.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Local knowledge or relationships in Dallas–Fort Worth are valuable.
• Plumbing, electrical, construction, staffing, or skilled-trades experience is helpful but not required.
• Self-directed and motivated by performance-based compensation.
