Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
Communicate fluently in English and Hindi to engage with diverse clients.
Check and confirm eligibility criteria for services/products.
Collect and verify necessary documents from eligible leads.
Forward verified documents and lead details to the concerned department.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
