Salesforce Lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud along with exposure to Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce solution design, development, integrations, and delivery while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Own technical solution architecture and provide guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, harmonization, segmentation, and activation.
• Work with Agentforce capabilities and understand how AI agents can be integrated into Service Cloud and customer service workflows.
• Configure and optimize Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Service Console, Flows, and automation.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, enterprise applications, APIs, and external data sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, code/design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Establish Salesforce development standards, deployment practices, security, and governance.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and contribute to technical best practices.
• Support releases, deployments, production issues, and continuous platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with strong experience in Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Data Streams, DMOs, data mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and data activation.
• Exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, AI agents, prompt engineering, grounding, or related Salesforce AI features.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governance.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, CI/CD, Git, and release management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work as a technical lead while remaining hands-on.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, or Application Architect.
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, or Salesforce AI solutions.
• Experience integrating Service Cloud with contact center/CCaaS platforms.
• Experience with customer 360, personalization, analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leading offshore/onshore Salesforce teams.
