Founder's Office Intern

This is a full-time, in-person role based out of our Hyderabad office, working directly with the founders and core team.

At Nexigence, we’re building agent-driven systems and intelligent workflows that make enterprise AI actually work.

As a Founder's Office Intern, you won’t be boxed into one function. You’ll work across product, growth, operations, research, and whatever else needs to get done. One week you could be researching a new market, the next helping launch a product or solving an internal operational problem.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the founders on high-priority projects
• Research markets, customers, competitors, and new opportunities
• Support product launches, growth initiatives, and operations
• Help take ideas from 0 → 1
• Build processes, documents, and systems where none exist
• Jump into problems that don’t have an obvious owner

What You Bring:

• You’re curious, enterprising, and resourceful
• You can take an ambiguous problem and figure out what to do next
• You communicate clearly and can get things done with minimal direction
• You’re comfortable with numbers, research, and technology
• You have a bias towards action
• Bonus: you’ve built something before, such as a startup, side project, community, product, or anything from scratch

What You Own:
Whatever is most important to the company at that moment.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your internship watching from the sidelines. You’ll work on real problems, make real decisions, and see the impact of your work.
