Creator Partnerships Sales Manager — Brazil (Remote)

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excellent at two things: finding the right creators and selling.

This is not a traditional influencer campaign management role. Your main responsibility will be to take active client briefs, identify creators who are a strong fit, negotiate commercially attractive rates, pitch those creators to the client and turn those opportunities into profitable deals.

You need to understand how to discover great creators across YouTube, TikTok and other platforms and have the commercial instinct to negotiate, sell and close.

About Social Synergize

Social Synergize is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency connecting brands with creators across gaming, tech and collectibles.

We work with brands around the world on ongoing influencer campaigns and are building a performance-driven partnerships team to help us scale.

You’ll be given ownership of 1–2 active client accounts with regular influencer marketing budgets. Unlike a traditional sales role, you do not need to cold prospect or find new brand clients — we provide the demand.

Your job is to turn that demand into profitable creator partnerships.

What you'll do

• Find and research creators who closely match active client briefs
• Discover new creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
• Analyse creator performance, audience fit, content and commercial potential
• Contact creators, talent managers and agencies
• Negotiate creator rates and partnership terms
• Identify opportunities to maximise gross profit while maintaining strong creator relationships
• Pitch creators and opportunities to clients
• Sell clients on why particular creators are a strong fit for their campaigns
• Manage opportunities from initial creator outreach through to confirmed deal
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential creator partnerships
• Build long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies
• Track creator pricing, negotiations, opportunities and deal profitability
• Occasionally support campaign execution once a partnership has been confirmed

What we're looking for

We care much more about your ability than your qualifications.

You should be:

• Highly experienced or naturally talented at finding relevant creators
• Commercially minded and comfortable thinking about margin and profitability
• Confident negotiating rates and partnership terms
• Comfortable selling ideas and creators to clients
• Very familiar with YouTube, TikTok and the creator economy
• Able to quickly assess whether a creator represents a good commercial opportunity
• Persistent when following up with creators and managers
• Highly organised and able to manage a large pipeline
• Proactive and comfortable working independently
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Comfortable working primarily during US business hours

Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, digital media sales or influencer agencies is highly desirable.

Experience or strong knowledge of gaming, technology or online creator culture is a major advantage.

Compensation

R$5,000–R$7,000 per month base compensation + uncapped performance commission. OTE R$11,000–R$12,000

This is a performance-driven position. The more profitable business you generate, the more you can earn.

Strong performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly above their base compensation through commission.

We want someone who is motivated by ownership and upside rather than simply completing tasks.

You don't need to spend your day cold-calling businesses.

Instead, your focus is:

Find great creators → negotiate great deals → pitch them → close them → repeat.

Location: Remote — Brazil
Schedule: Full-time, primarily aligned with US business hours
Compensation: R$6,000–R$7,000/month base + uncapped commission
