Product Designer - Intern

About the role
Troopr Labs builds enterprise AI products trusted by companies like Netflix, Snowflake, Spotify, and 600+ enterprises worldwide. Our products help teams automate work with AI. As a Product Designer Intern, you'll work on real products from day one. You'll help shape how our products look, feel, and function while working closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams.

What you will do

1. Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for new features across our product suite.
2. Design, build, and maintain pages in Webflow for our product websites and landing pages.
3. Apply and extend our design system to ensure consistency across the product and web experience.
4. Translate rough briefs and product requirements into polished, production-ready designs with minimal supervision.
5. Create responsive layouts and visual assets that balance aesthetics with usability.
6. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support feature launches and campaigns.

What we are looking for

1. Experience with Webflow — you've actually built or shipped pages/websites in it, not just familiar with the concept. This is a must-have, not something you'll pick up on the job.
2. Comfortable designing in Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI components.
3. A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design work across product, web, or UI/UX projects — please include at least one Webflow project if you have it.
4. Ships work, then improves it. Speed matters here.

Nice to have
Basic HTML and CSS. Experience designing for B2B or SaaS products.
