What You’ll Do
Own end‑to‑end product design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
Shape engaging user journeys across discovery, gameplay, and rewards loops.
Partner with founders, PMs, engineers, and data to ship elegant, scalable solutions.
Create interactive prototypes, high‑fidelity screens, and a robust design system.
Run usability tests, A/B experiments, and synthesis to validate decisions.
Balance craft and speed—iterate fast, maintain quality, and document for reuse.
Stay current on UI/UX trends, gaming aesthetics, motion design, and accessibility.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design for consumer apps; gaming/sports‑tech/entertainment is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centric problem solving and visual craft.
Fluency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout), plus comfort with tools like Sketch/XD.
Experience designing mobile‑first interfaces and scalable design systems.
Bonus: motion graphics, micro‑interactions, game UI/UX, or design for gamified rewards.
Bias to action, ownership mindset, and comfort in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Passion for gaming and building delightful digital experiences.

Higher usability scores and reduced friction across key journeys.
