Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who enjoys solving complex business and operational challenges through thoughtful design.

This role is focused on enterprise software products—not marketing websites, e-commerce platforms, or consumer applications.

You will design experiences for:

• Asset Management Systems
• Operations & Maintenance Platforms
• Work Order Management
• Enterprise Dashboards
• Workflow Automation
• Knowledge Management Systems
• Decision Support Applications
• Enterprise Collaboration Platforms

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Build scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

User Experience

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and workflow models.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Design Systems

• Maintain and evolve the product design system.
• Define reusable patterns, components, and interaction standards.
• Ensure consistency across all products and modules.

Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Participate in product discovery, design reviews, and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design quality in production.

Prototyping

• Create interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Design dashboard experiences and workflow-driven applications.
• Support concept validation and new product initiatives.

Skills We Look For

Required

• Strong UI/UX design fundamentals
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications
• Dashboard and workflow-driven application design
• Information Architecture
• Wireframing and Prototyping
• Design Systems and Component Libraries
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Engineering or technical background
• Experience in Manufacturing, Data Centers, Energy, Utilities, Industrial Technology, or Enterprise Software
• Experience designing operational or workflow-intensive platforms
