Operations and Business Development Partner

🚚 *Building from 0 → 1 in Central Valley logistics. *

Enroutely - is a peer-to-peer delivery network connecting people who need things delivered with people already making the trip.

We’re operating in California’s Central Valley, helping people get items from places like Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Ranch 99, World Market, and even Facebook Marketplace purchases.

We’re now entering the most hands-on stage of building: taking Enroutely from an idea to a real, operating business.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Business & Operations Partner based in Merced / the Central Valley to build this initial phase with me, with a clear path toward becoming a Co-Founder as we hit key milestones.

What we’ll be doing together:

• 🚚 Getting our first real deliveries and operations up and running
• 🤝 Taking directly with customers, identifying local pain points, and building partnerships
• 📈 Testing, learning, iterating, and figuring out what actually works on the ground
• ⚡ Participating in early-stage accelerators and programs and moving quickly on opportunities
• 🛠️ Wearing a lot of hats and building the foundation for what comes next

Who we're looking for:

📍 Central Valley / Merced-based
You understand the local community, businesses, and dynamics, and you’re excited to build something locally.

💼 Business + Operations mindset
You communicate well, are comfortable talking to customers and selling, and know how to turn ideas into action. Logistics or tech experience is a plus, but execution matters more than credentials.

🔥 High-energy + resilient
Early-stage startups are messy. We're looking for someone optimistic, dependable, resourceful, and willing to figure things out when things don’t go according to plan.

🤝 Trial-first mindset
We’ll start with a hands-on project/sprint so we can work together, build trust, and see if there’s genuine founder-level chemistry before making a bigger commitment.

📣 Marketing experience is a plus
Especially Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital marketing experience, but this is optional.

This isn’t a traditional job. It’s an opportunity to help build something from the ground up and potentially become a Co-Founder.
