AEM Tech Lead - MSIL

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the approach/design/architecture of web solutions leveraging the AEM (Adobe
Experience Manager, Edge delivery Services) platform including Adobe Commerce.

• Implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions for web and mobile.

• Assess Digital market technology choices to determine fit, including software,
hardware.

• Works as part of an integrated Digital Enterprise team.

• Lead transformation of core IT.

• Design target architectures for technology domains and develop roadmaps for
transformation.

• Screen and evaluate new technologies to optimize the current solutions and to make
them sustainable for the future.

• Responsible for technical design, development, and maintenance of software
applications and their associated components within the team and lead development teams.

• Oversee Adobe development efforts and provide technical help as required.

• Create system level design and detailed technical architecture documents.

• Contributes to specialized projeClient (as identified in roadmap) under general
guidance from Senior Architect and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with others across organizational boundaries to develop innovative
solutions and find points for leverage.

• Responsible for designing the entire migration solution.

• Identify barriers to project completion.

• Client-side Libraries.

• Demonstrate expert level proficiency in multiple Java based CMS platforms –
specifically AEM.

• Acts as highest-level technical expert for software product development and/or
purchase, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple
platforms.

• Gathers information about program needs, objectives, functions, features and
input/output requirements to design application systems to perform well logically and
physically.

• Analyses and estimates feasibility, costs, time and compatibility with hardware and
other programs.
