Role: PLM Project Manager

Location: Remote/ Anywhere in US

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most respected companies in the world across the retail and consumer goods industries. You will lead client-facing consulting teams and drive the successful delivery of complex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation initiatives, helping customers bridge the gap between business challenges and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading large-scale enterprise implementations of PTC Windchill and FlexPLM, including global deployments, multi-workstream programs, system integrations, data migration initiatives, and organizational change management efforts. Your team will consist of a global group of Architects and Consultants working on PTC Windchill PLM and FlexPLM projects. You will also work closely with the extended ITC Infotech team, including Executive Leadership, Workforce Management, and Operations, to ensure alignment of scope, resources, financial targets, and customer expectations.

Day-To-Day:

• Lead and manage one or more large-scape Windchill and FlexPLM implementation projects to ensure the realization of business value, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate global project resources throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle

• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and executive-level updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks while driving timely issue resolution and escalation when necessary.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and dependencies.

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget using established governance and change management processes.

• Partner with customer business and IT leadership to ensure successful adoption and realization of PLM transformation objectives.

• Oversee implementation activities including solution design, integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and hyper care support.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale PTC Windchill and FlexPLM implementation programs in global enterprise environments.

• Understanding of Windchill PLM and FlexPLM business processes, implementation methodologies, integrations, and deployment best practices.

• Expertise managing the full project lifecycle for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations in SaaS and hybrid environments.

• Experience managing complex, multi-year programs involving cross-functional business and technology teams.

• Strong leadership skills with a high degree of comfort managing and motivating geographically distributed global teams.

• Consulting acumen and thought leadership, leading executive and stakeholder discussions to drive business and technical outcomes.

• Experience planning and managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.

• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to effectively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as JIRA and related collaboration platforms

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Project Management experience, including leadership of enterprise software implementation programs.

• Minimum 5+ years leading large-scale PTC Windchill and/or FlexPLM implementations as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.

• Proven success delivering global PLM transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions, regions, and system integrations.

• Experience managing project teams consisting of solution architects, functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and integration resources.

• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong working knowledge of project management industry standards (PMI) and methodologies.

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Education Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration, Sales Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
