We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer / Administrator to provide administration, configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of TRISCENDNP’s Salesforce CRM platform. This role will partner with leaders and employees across departments to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and overall user experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce technical expertise with business analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. This individual will proactively identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, maintain platform security and reliability, and support strategic initiatives involving Salesforce and other business technologies.
Strengths, Attitude, Experience, and Requirements
· Serve as the primary administrator for TRISCENDNP’s Salesforce environment, ensuring system reliability, security, data integrity, and performance.
· Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and other security settings.
· Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Salesforce Flows.
· Design automation and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve the employee experience.
· Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components when advanced customization is required.
· Manage system testing, releases, deployments, integrations, and Salesforce platform updates.
· Monitor data quality and oversee imports, exports, deduplication, and data-governance practices.
· Partner with department leaders and employees to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
· Manage integrations with marketing, document management, accounting, and other business applications.
· Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external consultants and vendors when needed.
· Develop user guides, conduct training, and provide ongoing Salesforce support.
· Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, development standards, and business processes.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
· Three to five years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience required.
· Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certification preferred.
· Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning, APIs, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Power Query, and VBA, are highly desirable.
· Experience with SQL, data management, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud is preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
· Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Service-oriented team player committed to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce enhancements.

Hybrid Schedule
3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
