We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) who is excited to work closely with the product, engineering, design, and growth teams and take ownership of product initiatives from idea to execution.
Role Summary
As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the product team to understand user needs, define product requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ship impactful product experiences.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the complete product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Understand user problems through research, feedback, and data.
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and product flows.
- Create and maintain PRDs and product documentation.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering teams to take features from concept to launch.
- Coordinate product development, testing, UAT, and launches.
- Track product metrics and post-launch performance.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Growth, Content, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify product opportunities.
- Help manage product roadmaps, priorities, and execution timelines.
- Use tools such as SQL, analytics platforms, wireframing tools, and project management tools in day-to-day work.
Who We're Looking For
- 0-1 year of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Fresh graduates with strong product thinking and relevant projects, internships, or experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear and actionable requirements.
- Good understanding of user journeys and digital products.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, and software development processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Figma, Notion, Jira, or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
