About the Role

We are looking for a Copilot & AI Agent Specialist to support the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and governance of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents across the organisation.

The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify AI opportunities, develop practical AI solutions, support adoption, and ensure solutions meet security, governance, and Responsible AI requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and AI solutions.
Configure prompts, knowledge sources, topics, actions, workflows, and integrations.
Build, test, deploy, and continuously improve AI agents.
Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow, and other approved platforms.
Monitor agent usage, performance, adoption, and business value.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and Responsible AI requirements.
Engage business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into agent solutions.
Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
Provide second-line support and troubleshoot deployed agents.
Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvement.
Required / Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Knowledge of Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.
Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
Experience with AI governance, compliance, and change management.
