Role Title: OpenShift Administrator with VMWare
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 months & extendable (Extension is subject to project requirements.)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) role.

Helius Technologies is looking for an experienced OpenShift Administrator with strong VMware expertise for a 12-month extendable contract deployed at our premier client location in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing, upgrading, and supporting enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) clusters running on VMware virtualized infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Administration: Deploy, configure, scale, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP) clusters in production environments.
2. VMware Integration: Manage underlying VMware vSphere/vCenter resources (compute, ESXi hosts, vSAN, and NSX-T networking) supporting container workloads.
3. Operations & Monitoring: Monitor cluster health, node performance, and manage workloads using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
4. L2/L3 Incident Support: Troubleshoot production issues related to cluster stability, container networking, and CSI storage integration.
5. Security & Governance: Apply security patches, maintain RBAC configurations, and ensure compliance with client security standards. Required Qualifications
6. Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Linux Administration and Container Infrastructure Management.
7. OpenShift: Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP) cluster operations and Kubernetes architecture.
8. VMware Infrastructure: Solid working knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter management.
9. OS & Networking: Deep understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), virtual networking, storage (SAN/NAS/CSI), and load balancing.
