About Finthos

Finthos is an Agentic AI Operating System for family offices managing $100M–$5B+ in assets. We replace fragmented tools with a unified intelligence layer covering deal flow, portfolio management, and governance across US, Swiss/EU, and MENA markets. Pre-seed stage, platform live, active pilots across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

What You'll Build

• Custodian data pipelines; ingesting and normalizing feeds from Plaid(North America), bLink (Swiss open banking), Tarabut(GCC open banking), custodian APIs, and other institutional data sources to Finthos
• Multi-format data normalization and entity resolution; reconciling inconsistent account, holding, and transaction data across custodians into a clean, unified asset model
• ETL/ELT infrastructure on PostgreSQL/Supabase, with data quality checks and audit trails
• The data foundation underneath our AI layer; clean, traceable, well-structured data that our RAG pipelines, deal scoring, and portfolio analytics all depend on
• Data architecture supporting multi-tenant client isolation across family offices with different regulatory and data residency requirements

Core: PostgreSQL, Supabase, Deno Edge Functions, Python or TypeScript
Cloud: Azure (migration in progress)
Integrations: Plaid, Tarabut, bLink/SIX Group, custodian APIs, SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022
AI: Data pipelines feeding Anthropic Claude / OpenAI API-based features

Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years building production data pipelines (ETL/ELT, data modeling, normalization)
• Financial Services or Fintech experience
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience, comfortable with schema design at scale
• Experience with messy, multi-source data; reconciling inconsistent formats into a clean model
• Hands-on ownership mentality; you've built things end-to-end, not just contributed to them
• Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace
• US-based (SF, NY, or Boston preferred), US citizen or green card holder (no visa sponsorship)

Nice to have:

• Financial data experience - custodian feeds, banking APIs, SWIFT/ISO 20022
• Experience with Supabase, Azure, or similar cloud data infrastructure
• Prior startup experience (seed stage or earlier)
